2. What data we collect

From the request form: name, company, phone, email, country or region, area or purchase volume, comments. Technical data: IP address, date and time of submission. With your consent: anonymised site visit data (Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics cookies).

3. Why

To respond to your request, prepare a commercial offer, and conclude and perform a contract. Analytics data helps us understand how the site is used and improve it.

4. Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

5. Storage

Data is stored on servers located in the Republic of Kazakhstan for no longer than needed for the purposes above: at most 3 years from your last contact, or until you withdraw consent.
